Simply put, I believe that you are a product of two interrelated facets of yourself:
1. YOUR BEING
who you are
2. YOUR DOING
what you do in the world
1. Your Being is who you are, more specifically how you see yourself:
2. Your Doing is what you do (or how you act) in the world.
Your Being & Doing affect each other constantly. So if, for example you’re doing something you have never done before, something new that requires bravery and getting over fears you have, you feel empowered, excited & stronger and – you’re being changes and grows!. This also works the other way around: if you begin to believe you can achieve something you have not achieved before- you will have more courage, motivation and willpower to go after it and do new things in the world.
This idea is the basis of my work. Continued Changes in your BEING & DOING create Transformation. I have termed this “The Triangle of Transformation”

I was very successful professionally over the years as an executive but carried a very heavy load of self-criticism and low confidence. I believed that whatever I did was not good enough. I always compared myself to others and felt I fell short. I completely disregarded my own accomplishments and criticized myself for whatever decisions I made. I adopted the victim role and I was blaming others for my life. I did not take ownership over my own life. Today after overcoming many of these debilitating and limiting beliefs I find many people share similar feelings of self doubt in achieving their goals, low confidence in their abilities, or are just stuck with an issue they believe they can’t resolve. Unpacking and demystifying limiting beliefs is my expertise as I went through it myself and helped hundreds of people through it!
