1. ASK: What?

When meeting with a new business owner, corporate executive or entrepreneur we first ask WHAT do you want? Next we assess – is this achievable? What’s the timeline? Who will assist with this? How do we create accountability? Do you have the resources, knowledge and capital to achieve it? And if not, how do we get there?

That is the first thing I seek to understand when meeting with a new business executive, corporate leader, business owner/entrepreneur. Is the answer to this question realistic? Achievable? Manageable? Can we account for it? Does the client have the resources, knowledge and capital to achieve it?

2. ASK: why?

Why you want to achieve it?

This is a BIG one. Many executives/business owners/entrepreneurs fall here because their WHY is not always aligned with who they are, what’s important to them or how they operate in the world. This is VERY significant because the intersection of the WHAT & WHY is where we find motivation, creativity, excitement, out of the box thinking, bravery and breakthroughs. These are the pieces that allow business growth to explode exponentially and bring HUGE RESULTS! 

3. ASK: how?

We will figure this out together after we have the answers to questions 1+2!
